I don't watch the fitness industry from the outside. I've spent 15+ years inside it.

Wojtek Kosendiak at STREZ Gym — WOJTEK KOSENDIAKWROCŁAW / POLAND

As an athlete, coach, equipment designer, manufacturer, gym owner and entrepreneur. That gives me a rare view of the whole system: how people train, what spaces need, how products are made and what makes the business work.

I like simple answers, real prototypes and direct conversations. No performance of expertise. The work should prove the point.

Speed, trust and precision. Competed at the World Championships in Calgary.

Some competitively. Some recreationally. All of them taught me something about athletes, training and the places we build for them.
